Belief in Staff
We’re a learning organization. That is why we think it is absolutely essential that you have the freedom to attend courses, conferences, and get certifications that will help you grow. Each employee gets an annual education allowance of $3,000.
We believe it is important to be able to refresh, travel, and recharge. Everyone gets 3 weeks of paid time off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays every year (both prorated based on start date). There is no accrual period. All of it is available your first day of work!
Health, dental, and vision insurance are available to everyone and their families. We also offer pre-tax Health Spending Accounts (HSA) and contribute to your HSA ($600 annually for individual health plans, $1,200 annually for plans covering 2 people or more). In addition to insurance, employees can also receive a 50% membership discount at a gym just walking distance from the office.
Work-life balance is essential. As long as you coordinate with your team and meet your core hours, you have the flexibility to work around the things you need to take care of during the work day.
This isn’t a suit and tie kind of place. We want you to be comfortable when you come to work and be able to do your best while you’re here. All that we ask is you dress presentably for meetings with clients.
Every year around the holidays, we give everyone a budget to spend on technology to help them on their projects. In the past, people have purchased things like smart watches, monitors, recording pens, and tablets.
