Carol Sunderland

Carol is a Program Director at Bellese, stewarding price transparency efforts for CMS at the helm of the multi-talented Procedure Price Lookup team. She’s passionate about the intersection of public service and innovation, having led multiple Federal agency contracts in the healthcare space for over ten years. Carol is driven to build products that have real-world impact to beneficiaries on their healthcare journey. Previously in the financial services sector, Carol led UX/IT service teams charged with bridging the gap between technology and business as part of an international rebranding effort. She’s an innovative thinker, expanding the bounds of individual product design and development, leveraging UCD practices to extend the reach and impact of solutions. Hockey is her sport of choice (watching not playing, although it has been attempted..) and spending time outdoors with her family.
