John duClos

John is responsible for business development and the engineering consulting practice at Bellese. Some of his specialties include shortening feedback loops in software engineering, business architecture, and organization digital services. John has been in the software solutions game for nearly 30 years. Before co-founding Bellese in 2009, John was the Director of Software Engineering at Edaptive Systems, where he provided strategic technical planning and thought leadership to cross functional development efforts. Prior to Edaptive, he was Director of Engineering at General Dynamics Information Technology, where he directed teams of product development software engineering professionals to develop and maintain a healthcare business intelligence and analytics product suite. Prior to that he served as the Director of Engineering for Siemens’ Healthcare division, where he directed a global group of common product components and architectural modules of a major hospital information system product called Soarian. Earlier experiences include a stint as a Development Manager at Arbitron, where he led a PPM development team made up of software engineers, architects and analysts. John holds an M.S. in Information Technology from American University, and is a die-hard Raiders fan.
